Wynn Resorts has announced that they expect their new resort called Encore next to Wynn Las Vegas to open in the second half of 2008. The new resort will have 2,000 hotel rooms as well as a casino. pools. entertainment, spa retail and all the other amenities a resort is expected to have. I wonder if the new resort will help Wynn Resorts have a complete package or if it will hurt the existing casino.
